Waverley made her triumphant return to service in August 2020 following her boiler refit. However Waverley is now critically short of funds to survive this winter. P & A Campbells’s Waverley rostered for a day trip from Brighton to Eastbourne, Hastings and on to Folkestone for 2 hours ashore.

Bill Prynne 1925-2020

Bill Prynne is on the left, with John Megoran, Nick Knight's wife, PSPS Chairman Nick James, PSKC Trust chairman Malcolm Cockell and Pat Bushell, who volnteered in the KC office.John Megoran


Bill Prynne, who died aged 94 on Saturday 11th April, was PSPS Chairman for two stints, firstly for part of 1963 and then again from 1967 to 1976.

New Chairman Takes the Reins
